No. SmartGoCast is a player: it does not host, provide or sell playlists or channels. You use your own valid M3U playlist or stream link.
Why can't the app find my TV?
Check that both devices are on the same Wi‑Fi network (not a guest network), that the TV is switched on, and restart the scan. On some routers, the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands must be the same network.
