Tips for a smooth picture on Samsung TVs
- Use the 5 GHz Wi‑Fi band when your router offers it: it carries video with less lag than 2.4 GHz.
- Keep the phone reasonably close to the router during long videos, and close apps you are not using.
- If the TV does not show up, turn it off and on again from the remote, then restart the scan in SmartGoCast.
- For films and series, casting a video plays it directly on the TV and saves your phone's battery compared with full screen mirroring.
